Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During high-volume periods, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer various shipping options through trusted carrier USPS selectable at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method, location, and package weight.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is in the carrier's possession, The Finn Twinz is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Request shipping insurance on your shipment otherwise your claim with the carrier will be rejected.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the sports card market and collectible items:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • All products are sold as-is. Please review descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us at support@thefinntwinz.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging

  3. We will review your claim and may assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider. We do not guarantee refunds or replacements but will work with you where possible.

International Shipping

  • We currently do ship internationally. Our shipping carrier is DHL Global.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
